Having graduated from Sheffield university with a (BSc) in Business management, Paul set up a successful Recruitment / Manpower company that expanded into the Middle East with offices in Qatar and the UAE. Upon returning to the UK Paul set up the Utilities and Rail sectors of the group that has achieved vast growth over recent years.

Michael Quinn

Michael joined the family business after leaving school. Having gained his experience over the years working all aspects of the construction business to learn his trade, he became director in 2008 and has overseen the growth of the business year on year. Michael oversees the Civil engineering and construction sectors of the group that has been a fundamental part of the success of the group.

Aidan Wood

Aidan oversees the management decisions as well as overseeing the continual delivery of our major civil project schemes throughout the UK.
Having worked in the industry for over 20 years he has extensive hands on knowledge of the utilities sector within the Gas, Water, Electric and BT.
He adopts a practical approach ensuring all contracts are delivered above expectations and within budget whilst maintaining high levels of health, safety and quality.
Prior to working with the Quinn Group Aidan worked his way through the different roles of the industry starting as a time served engineer then moved over in to the utilities industry bringing with him a mechanical and practical way of thinking.

Barry Riley
Head Of Contruction

Barry has over twenty years of experience working in the utility and construction industry.
As Head of construction he is responsible for the implementation of all our utility projects for Quinn Group across the UK.

His role demands that he ensures works are delivered in a timely manner whilst maintaining the standards required by our clients and within budget.
This role requires an analytical and innovative approach, liaising with our wide client base.
Barry worked his way through the ranks and across all utilities (Gas, Water, Electric, Telecoms) and has good working knowledge of projects which has proven to be invaluable throughout any projects he is involved in.

James Braddock
Project Manager

James is a project manager for the Quinn Group and has a history of working in the civil engineering industry. Skilled in Construction, Project Management, Team Leadership, Telecommunications, and Project Planning. He is a strong engineering professional.
James has worked for virgin media and northwest midlands before joining Quinn’s.

Tom O’Connor
Project Manager

Tom joined the Quinn Group as an operations manager bringing a wealth of over 30 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Sector. Tom as worked for large such as John Kennedy’s, Balfour Beatty and AMEY. Tom deals with clients on day to day and oversees our direct staff and Utility projects. The current contracts include waste water, network maintenance, deep excavations and directional drilling.

Iona Melling
Office Manager

Iona joined the Quinn Group in early 2019 as office manager. Iona gained a (BSc) in finance from the university of Manchester. Over the years Iona has gained vast experience working in the property sector before moving into the civil sector working for a large multinational company before joining Quinn’s.
Iona is responsible for overseeing the accounts division for Quinn group and running of the office on a day to day basis.

Wayne Rhodes

Wayne has worked with Quinn’s for over 12 years and oversees all contracts involving new build & Roads and Sewers projects. Wayne oversees the day to day running of these projects and works closely with the client to ensure any development Quinn’s are undertaking is of the highest standard. Wayne deals with his site managers from the inception to the completion of each project. Wayne brings a huge amount of experience and is very driven in his duties which has seen Wayne successfully complete projects worth Millions of pounds.
